About the position
To support this next phase, we’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own operationally how we build brand, credibility, and organic momentum in the UK market.
You will be responsible for shaping our UK narrative, driving organic growth, leading events and webinars, and activating partnerships that extend our reach and trust. You’ll work closely with sales, GTM, and the Marketing Team, acting as the go-to voice for UK market insight and execution.
Success in this role means making us known, understood, and trusted in the UK, and building a repeatable marketing motion that can scale as the business grows.
This role is in the Marketing Team and reports to our CMO.
Responsibilities and tasks
UK brand & narrative
Localise positioning and translate Nordic proof into UK-relevant value
Define key themes across content, events, and partnerships
Act as the internal UK market expert and feedback loop
Organic growth & inbound
Build and execute the UK organic growth and inbound strategy (content, SEO, distribution, lead capture
Develop UK-focused pillar content and proof points
Partner with performance and automation to scale what works
Events & webinars
Lead UK event and webinar strategy end-to-end
Execute field events and account-driven initiatives with sales
Partnerships
Identify and activate strategic UK partners
Own co-marketing initiatives and scale what drives impact
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with commercial teams to ensure consistent UK execution
Share market insights to influence campaigns, product, and messaging
About you
A strategic doer: a Marketer who can think like a Brand Strategist, act like a Growth Hacker and deliver like a Field Marketer. All while building UK credibility from scratch.
• Thrives when given autonomy and ownership over a market or initiative.
• A strategic storyteller: Thinks narrative first: can translate product value into market-relevant stories.
• Combines qualitative market insight with quantitative metrics (SEO, engagement, pipeline).
• Relationship builder: Comfortable influencing without formal authority.
• Thrives on live interaction and audience engagement (webinars, roundtables, conferences).
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Data-driven and analytical, able to turn marketing metrics into insights and actions using HubSpot and other tools.
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
• Experience driving brand + organic growth + events in the UK
• Comfortable owning a market and working independently
• Strategic thinker who executes fast
• Strong communicator with commercial awareness
• Experience working with sales and long buying cycles

• Experience expanding into a new market
• Experience with partner or ecosystem marketing
