We're looking for a creative and organised Content & Brand Executive to join the dynamic team at Peppermint Bars and Events, a leading bar and event solutions company. You will play a key role in delivering and analysing high-quality, engaging marketing & communications content across all touchpoints including social media campaigns, website updates, deck presentations, and creative visual content for the Peppermint brand.

This is an exciting hands-on content creation role as part of an innovative team who deliver exceptional experiences at some of the UK’s most high-profile festivals, events, and venues (including British Summer Time, All Points East, Radio 1 Big Weekend, and Silverstone!).

Content & Brand Executive - the role

If you have a strong eye for detail, excellent creative copywriting and content creation skills, and a passion for brand storytelling, then this could be the opportunity for you!

As Content & Brand Executive, you’ll work closely with the sales team and wider business to bring the brand to life through creative marketing and content campaigns, social media, and day-to-day communications. You’ll also support the development of creating client facing creative decks for sales pitches and tender documents and client de-briefs.

What we're looking for:

• A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and formats.
• A detail orientated mindset - thorough, organised and proud to create polished, high-quality content.
• An understanding of brand awareness - how to uphold a brand’s tone, values, and identity across different channels
• Creative and curious outlook with a genuine interest in creative industries, media, or events
• Proactive, reliable and a love of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Digitally confident in using social media platforms and scheduling tools, CMS tools, and basic analytics platforms
• A creative eye and basic design skills - Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
