Learning Support Assistant (Challenging Behaviour) — Hillingdon

Start: Immediate (ASAP) | Duration: 1 year (possible extension) | Contract: Temporary with potential to go permanent
Schedule: Full-time only | Hours: 8:30am–4:00pm | Rate: £110–£135 per day

We’re seeking enthusiastic graduates to support primary and secondary pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and behavioural difficulties.

The Role:

Based in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) supporting children excluded from mainstream education or needing additional provision. The core aim is to reintegrate students into mainstream settings. You’ll join a skilled, supportive team as a Learning Support Assistant specialising in challenging behaviour.

• Experience with SEND and/or behaviour management is advantageous
