Project Manager
Develop and apply appropriate specifications
Prepare programs
Identify and assess contractors
Recommend contractors for appointment
Chair project meetings
Liaise with the contract managers
Plan delivery to minimise impact on day-to-day operations
Manage team resources
Deliver projects on time, within quality and budget parameters
Ensure project compliance
Manage and control project costThe Ideal Candidate Will: Be fully electrically or mechanically qualified to a recognised level
Have a strong technical understanding of building services engineering systems
Demonstrate excellent project management skills
Have previous experience working on projects involving plant replacements
Have experience within the commercial, built environment
Have experience managing engineering projects in a similar environment
Be confident in managing progress reports, people, and stakeholder expectations
Possess strong communication, influencing, and planning skills
Have proven experience working on engineering refurbishment projects and managing complex technical constructions in a live environment
