Key responsibilities of a Residential Surveyor

• Complete mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys to RICS standards
• Produce clear, accurate reports for lenders and homeowners
• Manage your own diary and work independently
• Deliver high‑quality service with strong technical and risk awareness

Key Skills required for a Residential Surveyor

• AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS, RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience in mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys is desirable but training can be provided.
• Strong knowledge of building construction and pathology
