Countrywide Surveying Services, one of the UK’s most trusted names in residential surveying are seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join our team in North West London
This is an excellent opportunity to build a long, rewarding career carrying out Mortgage Valuations and Level 2/3 Surveys , with full training and ongoing professional development provided.
Key responsibilities of a Residential Surveyor
- Complete mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys to RICS standards
- Produce clear, accurate reports for lenders and homeowners
- Manage your own diary and work independently
- Deliver high‑quality service with strong technical and risk awareness
Key Skills required for a Residential Surveyor
- AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS, RICS Registered Valuer
- Experience in mortgage valuations and Level 2/3 surveys is desirable but training can be provided.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and pathology
