Product Analyst (Tax)

Description

I am recruiting for a growing investment management business seeking a Product Analyst to join its tax-efficient investment team.

This is a varied and high-impact role offering exposure across the full product lifecycle, including product strategy, commercial analysis, product development, market research, adviser engagement and product governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and launch of new investment products and enhancements to existing propositions.

• Monitor product performance, key metrics and commercial trends.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product strategy and decision-making.

• Develop strong technical and product knowledge, supporting Sales, Marketing and other teams with product-related queries and content.

• Monitor relevant tax, regulatory and market developments and provide clear internal briefings.

• Support adviser and partner engagement, including presentations, events and product materials.

• Coordinate product due diligence, data management and third-party information requests.

• Support product governance, oversight and ongoing portfolio management.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent Excel skills and an interest in using technology, automation and AI to improve processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working on complex projects or multiple workstreams.

• Commercially minded, proactive and intellectually curious.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Desirable:

• Relevant qualification or experience in tax, accountancy or law.

• Understanding of tax-efficient investments and/or UK personal taxation.

• Experience within financial services, investments, wealth management or the adviser market.
