Product Analyst (Tax)
Description
I am recruiting for a growing investment management business seeking a Product Analyst to join its tax-efficient investment team.
This is a varied and high-impact role offering exposure across the full product lifecycle, including product strategy, commercial analysis, product development, market research, adviser engagement and product governance.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and launch of new investment products and enhancements to existing propositions.
Monitor product performance, key metrics and commercial trends.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product strategy and decision-making.
Develop strong technical and product knowledge, supporting Sales, Marketing and other teams with product-related queries and content.
Monitor relevant tax, regulatory and market developments and provide clear internal briefings.
Support adviser and partner engagement, including presentations, events and product materials.
Coordinate product due diligence, data management and third-party information requests.
Support product governance, oversight and ongoing portfolio management.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent Excel skills and an interest in using technology, automation and AI to improve processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working on complex projects or multiple workstreams.
Commercially minded, proactive and intellectually curious.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Desirable:
Relevant qualification or experience in tax, accountancy or law.
Understanding of tax-efficient investments and/or UK personal taxation.
Experience within financial services, investments, wealth management or the adviser market.
