Are you passionate about building relationships and driving innovation in the construction and architectural space? dormakaba s Specification Sales Team is growing, and we re looking for a dynamic, people-focused individual to join us in a key business development role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the UK s architectural community, collaborating with leading industry professionals and contributing to meaningful projects that shape the built environment.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

• Be a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with architects and consultants, guiding them through dormakaba s product clusters and solutions.

• Lead with Purpose: Take ownership of major projects, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of objectives.

• Educate and Inspire: Deliver RIBA-approved CPDs and share insights on new products and processes.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive innovation and feedback.

• Track and Support: Monitor project progress via CRM and assist sales teams during tender stages.

Experience that matters: Your Skills

• Experience in building and maintaining business relationships, ideally working with architects or design professionals.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

• A proactive approach to learning and development.

• Available to start from January 2026
