About the role

Childrens Social Care nationally is going through one of the most exciting periods of reform in decades. These reforms are about creating a system that is more consistent child-centred and evidence-based. For Newly Qualified Social Workers this is a chance to learn from the ground up and shape practice as the reforms take hold. About you

You will be:

have a completed Social Work Qualification by February 2025 (or completed within the last 4 years)

dynamic tenacious committed individual have passion and enthusiasm for social work

preferably at least one placement within front-line statutory social care
