Groundsperson - Permanent Role | Bromley
A well-established multi-academy trust is looking to appoint a Groundsperson to support the maintenance and presentation of school grounds across multiple sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking to join a supportive and professional estates team.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Estates department to ensure school grounds remain safe, well maintained, and visually welcoming throughout the year.

The Role
Maintaining school grounds and landscaped areas across multiple sites
Operating hand-held and powered grounds machinery
Carrying out general grounds maintenance and upkeep
Driving works vehicles between school locations
Supporting seasonal maintenance requirements
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
Applicants must have:
Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
A full clean UK driving licence
The ability to work outdoors in all seasons
Good awareness of health and safety procedures
A proactive and team-focused approach
Salary
£30,715 – £32,533
