Summer Fashion Internship
Location: 311 Brompton Road, L. Cuppini Store
Schedule: Wednesday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation: Unpaid Internship (weekday hours). Any weekend shifts will be paid at the applicable hourly rate. Position Overview
The Fashion Operations & Store Management Intern will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth store functioning, maintaining high visual and operational standards, assisting with inventory management, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to content creation for marketing and social media. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organising new merchandise deliveries
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain exceptional store cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
- Support visual merchandising updates and seasonal floor sets
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom are consistently maintained
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Support the sales team in delivering a personalised luxury shopping experience
- Assist with customer enquiries in-store and online
- Support clienteling, follow-ups, and appointment preparation
- Help create a positive and memorable customer experience
- Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Capture new arrivals, styling moments, store visuals, and behind-the-scenes content
- Opportunities to assist with content planning and marketing campaigns
- Contribute creative ideas aligned with current fashion and social media trend
- Hands-on experience in luxury boutique operations
- Exposure to inventory management, merchandising, and customer service
- Real experience in fashion content creation and digital marketing
- Mentorship within a luxury retail environment
- Development across operations, retail, and brand storytelling
- Interest in fashion, luxury retail, and brand operations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using social media platforms and content creation tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
