Sales/Client Advisor - London

Combining imaginative scent storytelling with a meditative and creative approach, they offer more than just perfumes – it’s an immersive universe of colour, craftsmanship, creativity, and meaningful connection.
With new counters in Liberty and Selfridges, London, our client is seeking enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join the team and represent the brand in-store, helping to create unforgettable experiences for customers.
As a Sales Associate / Brand Champion, you’ll be the ambassador of the brand’s experience. You’ll bring their world of scent and storytelling to life, connecting with customers and guiding them through their collections. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in luxury retail, enjoys engaging with people, and has a flair for creating memorable moments.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers, providing an exceptional in-store experience.
- Inspire and educate visitors about their fragrance collections with authenticity and passion.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty.
- Meet and surpass individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the counter.
- Keep stock levels organised and assist with smooth replenishment.
- Ensure the counter is always presented to the highest visual standards.
- Accurately handle all sales transactions and follow store procedures.
- Assist with launches, promotions, and in-store events to showcase the brand.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and their HQ to maintain a seamless retail experience.
Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally within fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- A genuine enthusiasm for customer engagement and storytelling.
- Confident, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to contribute to brand growth.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to excellence in both customer service and operational standards.
