The Team
As Global Asset Lead, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of an Anti-Fungal product Rezzayo across its lifecycle—from development through commercialization. Reporting to the VP Global Strategic Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping asset strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the asset delivers value to patients and the business. This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across global teams.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead the asset strategy: Own end-to-end planning and execution across development, launch, and commercialization.
Drive cross-functional alignment: Establish and lead a high-performing asset team across R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and stakeholder needs to inform strategic decisions. Identify opportunities for differentiation and long-term value creation.
Engage with global markets: Work closely with regional and local teams to ensure market relevance and readiness.
Deliver strategic insights: Present to executive leadership (EXCO) with recommendations, forecasts, and performance updates.
Manage performance: Oversee asset budgets, track milestones, and ensure delivery within timelines and financial targets.
Stakeholder engagement: Represent Mundipharma with key opinion leaders (KOLs), regulatory bodies, and potential partners.
What you’ll bring
Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA or equivalent) in life sciences, medicine, or business.
Established experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with significant experience in asset leadership, strategic marketing, or lifecycle management.
Experience in Infectious Diseases / Anti-Infectives or highly competitive specialty markets preferred.
Strong global commercial background; country-level experience a plus.
Proven leadership in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
In-depth understanding of global regulatory pathways and product approval processes.
Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
Track record of successful global launches and external partnerships.
