Hexwired has partnered with a company who are an AI Start up and are already excelling in their field. They are looking for a Lead Customer Success Manager based in London who will help to build a product that customers trust within a company built on AI.

The main responsibilities for the Lead Customer Success Manager in London are to own relationships with the company’s clients once they begin using the platform.

Requirements

* 3+ years in a client-facing B2B SaaS role.

* Proven ability to build with AI tools—designing and deploying workflows/automations that solve operational problems.

* Experience managing high-value client relationships and driving product adoption.

* Track record converting pilots to paid and maintaining strong retention.

* Comfortable with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data imports/exports, webhooks).

* Strong diagnostic skills and methodical root-cause analysis.

* Excellent written/verbal communication; able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.

* Thrives in a fast-moving early-stage startup environment.

The salary for this Lead Customer Success Manager role will be £45,000 - £60,000. The company is rapidly expanding and are at the forefront of their industry.
