Product Development Executive

The Role

We are looking for a Product Development Executive to help create and deliver product strategies that boost engagement, meet supporter needs, and grow revenue.

You may be expected to work some matchdays and assist the Editorial team in the operation of our Club’s website. This role provides support on weekdays and depending on match fixtures, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Your day-to-day

• Drive the product lifecycle - you'll assist in the management of the entire product development lifecycle, from idea generation to product launch

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - you will partner with teams to define requirements, prioritise features, create roadmaps, and promote digital products effectively

• Oversee design planning - you'll manage the development of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to ensure a smooth supporter experience

• Lead development and testing - you will deliver products that meet supporter needs, maintaining timelines and budgets

• Conduct insightful research - you'll analyse competitor landscapes and gather supporter feedback to guide product evolution

• Stay ahead of trends - you will monitor industry advancements, sharing insights with the wider team to maintain best-in-class practices

• Experience in product development - you have a proactive approach to requirements gathering, backlog prioritisation, and driving products from concept to launch

• Agile expert - you have a solid understanding of agile frameworks and methodologies

• Best-in-class organisational skills - you have a proven ability to manage a fast paced and varied workload while meeting deadlines

• Dynamic communicator - you have exceptional skills in managing and influencing senior stakeholders and external suppliers

• Research driven mindset - you possess the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative market research and focus groups

• Clear communicator - you're adept at translating technical requirements for non-technical audiences
