SEN Support Assistant

We’re working with a range of welcoming mainstream primary schools across Wandsworth, including dedicated SEN units, who are looking for brilliant support staff to join their teams. What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, both in class and in SEN unitsHelping children with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language needsCreating a calm, structured environment where pupils feel safe and ready to learnWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staffCelebrating the small wins, because they’re often the biggest What the role feels like: Some days you’ll be the steady presence that helps a child settle.
