We are supporting a top-tier accountancy practice in the search for a high-calibre Audit Partner to join their London leadership team. The firm has a strong presence in the UK market, with significant audit revenues, a high-performing team and a reputation that competes at the highest level of the profession.
While the team is well-resourced, recent growth in client demand has led to a renewed interest in senior appointments to ensure continued delivery at the highest standard.

The client base includes a substantial number of real estate investment vehicles, large private businesses, and investment funds. The firm has developed strong sector expertise in these areas and is particularly known for its leadership in the real estate space. There is limited exposure to housebuilding or construction, and there is no active plan to rebuild that capability at this stage, although candidates with strong credentials in that space may still be considered.

Although recent internal promotions and a successful external Partner hire have bolstered the team, there is recognition that further senior capacity will be needed. Some Partner portfolios are close to full. This opening offers the chance to step into a strategically important role with long-term growth potential.

The firm is open to considering individuals at both Salaried Partner and entry-level Equity Partner level. Ideally, they are seeking someone at the earlier end of the equity track or a strong Salaried Partner ready to take that step. However, they remain open to conversations with more established Partners, provided there is a clear rationale for the move and alignment with the firm's culture and ambitions.
