HR Administrator | Outstanding Camden School (ASAP)
We are working with a prestigious "Outstanding" secondary academy in Camden looking for an HR Administrator with exceptional attention to detail. This role is central to the school’s mission to attract and retain the very best educators in London.

Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Overseeing the school’s HR Information System (SIMS/Arbor), ensuring all personnel files are accurate and GDPR compliant.
Payroll Support: Liaising with the finance department to provide monthly updates on starters, leavers, and unpaid absences.
Absence Management: Monitoring staff attendance and coordinating return-to-work meetings for the Senior Leadership Team.
Policy Advice: Acting as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding leave, maternity/paternity entitlements, and school policies.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £33,500 – £38,000 (Inner London Scale equivalent)
Hours: Full-time | Permanent | ASAP Start
