How you'll make an impact- You’ll actively seek out and respond to new business opportunities, exceeding your targets while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
- By understanding the needs of our customers, you’ll offer tailored solutions from our broad range of services and products, creating opportunities to upsell and add value.
- Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will help you secure the best terms with underwriters and insurers, ensuring the best outcomes for your clients.
- You’ll represent Gallagher at trade shows, expos, and industry events, using your networking skills to build relationships and seize new opportunities.
- As a trusted advisor, you’ll contribute to our reputation for excellence in the market, always acting with integrity and professionalism.
- You have a proven track record in business development and sales within the insurance industry, with experience delivering against targets in a regulated environment.
- You’re self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to generate leads and build pipelines independently.
- Your focus is always on the client, and you’re dedicated to providing the best possible service and outcomes.
- You’re a team player who values collaboration and thrives in a supportive environment.

Below are the minimum core benefits you’ll get, depending on your job level these benefits may improve:
- Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days
