ASAP Start | Full-Time | £90–£110 per day
Are you a caring and enthusiastic EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful difference in children’s early development? This welcoming Harrow primary school is seeking someone with a genuine passion for supporting young learners with additional needs.
You will support pupils who present with ASD, social communication difficulties, speech delays, emotional needs or developmental differences. Your day-to-day role will include implementing personalised support plans, helping children engage in play-based learning, supporting transitions, and encouraging positive interactions with peers.

Requirements
• EYFS experience
• Understanding of SEN including ASD, SLCN or sensory needs
• Warm, patient and encouraging personality
• Strong communication with staff, children and parents
• Ability to follow support plans and adapt teaching activities
• Dedication to equality, safeguarding and high-quality early education
