Guest Services Manager - Luxury 5 Star Hotel
One of our best clients, a luxurious 5-star hotel located in the heart of London, is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join their renowned front-of-house team. In this key role, you’ll ensure exceptional guest experiences, providing seamless service across the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury guest services and proficiency in Opera PMS software, contributing to the hotel’s continued reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Leading and inspiring the front of house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Curating seamless, personalised service for every guest, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of attention.
- Maintaining the highest standards of service excellence and consistency across all guest interactions.
- Coaching and developing the team to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- Anticipating the needs of VIP guests, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations every time.
Requirements
- Strong background in luxury guest services.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS software.
- Right to work in the UK.
Benefits
- £28,400 per annum plus circa £10,000 service charge.
- Working 7 shifts over 14 days.
- Working 8am to 8pm.
- Occasional night shifts.
