Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role
As a Graduate Physics Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support GCSE and A-Level students in Physics and occasionally in Chemistry, Biology, and Maths.
- Work with small groups and individual students to address specific learning needs and help them achieve their academic goals.
- Assist teachers in preparing lessons, managing classrooms, and delivering engaging content.
- Play an active role in the school community by contributing to extracurricular activities and STEM-focused initiatives.
- Gain valuable experience and training that will prepare you for a future career in teaching.
About You We are looking for motivated STEM graduates who:
- Hold a degree (minimum 2:1) in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Are passionate about inspiring young minds and promoting STEM education.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- May have prior tutoring or teaching experience (desirable but not essential).
