MEP Quantity Surveyor
MEP Quantity Surveyor Location: London Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial management of MEP works through accurate measurement, valuation, and cost reporting. This role is key in ensuring financial control and supporting successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist with monthly valuations, variations, and cost tracking. Measure works from drawings and site records. Prepare subcontractor payment recommendations. Support procurement and contract administration processes. Liaise with project managers and engineers to control project costs. Maintain cost records and assist with final accounts. About You You are a proactive and commercially aware MEP professional with strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices. You have experience in accurate measurement, cost reporting, and supporting project financial management. Qualifications & Experience Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in MEP or building services projects. Understanding of cost control, valuations, and commercial management processes. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency with QS software and commercial management tools. Why Join Us?
