An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior BD Manager to take the lead on a global law firms Private Capital sector. This newly created position comes at a time of growth and change, offering the chance to shape and drive the firm’s approach to one of its fastest-evolving global sectors.

As Senior BD Manager, you will head up Private Capital globally, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders to design and implement sector-wide business development initiatives. The role will focus on building strong relationships across asset classes and product teams, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the firm’s market-leading position across key client groups.

You will also manage a small, high-performing team, guiding their professional development while overseeing the delivery of strategic campaigns and client engagement programmes. The role offers a blend of autonomy and collaboration, with significant exposure to global leadership and the opportunity to contribute to firmwide strategy at the highest level.

This position would suit an experienced Senior BD Manager with a strong understanding of the Private Capital landscape, proven experience in sector strategy, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
