Acting as the central liaison between stakeholders and resourcing team, you'll ensure talent is allocated efficiently, client needs are met with precision, and project goals are fully supported.What You'll Be Driving:Role Allocation & Planning:

• Strategically manage role assignments across the project.
• Monitor utilisation and proactively address resourcing gaps.
• Ensure fair, transparent allocation aligned with project priorities.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as the go-to contact for client workforce planning.
• Build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver regular insights and reporting to senior leadership.
Operational Excellence:
• Oversee end-to-end resourcing processes with a focus on quality.
• Anticipate future talent needs and mitigate risks.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration:
• Mentor resourcing team members and foster a culture of accountability.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Delivery teams for seamless alignment.
  Proven leadership in resourcing, workforce planning, or recruitment, ideally in a joint venture or project-based setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
