- Senior Manager, Global Pricing – Capital Solutions LondonThis is a rare opportunity for someone already operating at Senior Manager / AVP level who is ready to take on a new and highly visible challenge.They are launching a brand-new global line of business in Capital Solutions, providing financial reinsurance to help clients unlock trapped capital, reduce earnings volatility and monetise value currently sitting off balance sheet. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Pricing to play a central role in structuring, strategy, and delivery. Why consider this role? Global exposure – transactions are bespoke and span a wide variety of markets and products. High visibility – significant exposure to ExCo and other senior stakeholders across the business. Leadership – manage and mentor a growing pricing team, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring best-practice rigour. Client interaction – work directly with clients, contributing to structuring, strategy, and execution.
