A highly regarded and forward-thinking secondary school in Wembley is seeking exceptional Graduate Unqualified Teachers to join its dynamic and supportive teaching team from September. This opportunity is ideal for high-calibre graduates in Art, Economics, Computer Science, English, Geography, Physics, and Chemistry who are passionate about education and eager to gain meaningful classroom experience ahead of formal teacher training.

The Role
As a Graduate Unqualified Teacher, you will work closely with experienced educators and subject specialists to develop your teaching practice in a structured and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 within your subject specialism.
- Supporting students’ academic progress and deepening subject understanding.
- Leading small group interventions and targeted support sessions.
- Developing strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Assisting with lesson preparation, marking, and assessment.
- Gaining valuable exposure to curriculum planning and wider school life.
This position provides an excellent foundation for teacher training, offering a clear and supported pathway into the profession from the following academic year.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking high-calibre graduates who:
- Are Russell Group graduates, or final-year students, on track to achieve a 2:1 degree or above in Art, Economics, Computer Science, English, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, or a related subject.
- Are due to graduate this year and available to begin a full-time role in September.
- Have a genuine passion for the education sector and a commitment to pursuing a career in teaching.
- Demonstrate strong academic ability alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are professional, reflective, and motivated to develop their practice.
- Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
