Legal Counsel- Corporate & Commercial

A global technology is seeking a Legal Counsel (3+ PQE) to play a key role in its growing legal team. This position offers a rare opportunity to combine high-calibre M&A and commercial work with exposure to a wide range of emerging legal issues in a fast-moving, international environment.

The Role:

• M&A and investment activity, including due diligence, transaction documentation, and post-closing integration
• Commercial contracts, drafting and negotiating agreements with suppliers, customers, and strategic partners
• Corporate governance, assisting with board and shareholder matters across a multi-jurisdictional group
• Employment and HR support, providing pragmatic advice and liaising with local counsel as required
• Opportunities to broaden your experience into areas such as intellectual property, data protection, and AI regulation

Ideal candidate:
• Qualified solicitor 3+ years’ PQE, ideally gained in top-tier private practice (with secondment experience) or within a high-growth in-house environment
• Strong grounding in corporate and commercial law, with demonstrable M&A experience
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced setting
