Our client is in search of a robust Housing Solicitor to become a valuable member of the Housing team, demonstrating outstanding communication and client care abilities along with a excellent attention to detail. The role entails both independent work and collaboration with the team and will require a flexible approach to work and time.

What will be expected from you as a Housing Solicitor:

Experience in a housing management legal department
Dealing with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud.
Experience of dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.
Participation in marketing and networking activities
A consistent track record of meeting targets
Manging support services including supervision of secretaries and junior staff DOE/PQE
