Shopper Insights Client Lead (Hiring Immediately)

We’re looking for a Shopper Insight Client Lead who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Waitrose Supplier Insight Team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global FMCGs.
Joining our team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people by being part of a fast growing market team with plenty of opportunity to grow. Driving best in class account management across a brilliant client portfolio, working closely with CPGs and helping to drive customer centric brand and category growth at Waitrose and identifying new business opportunities . Working closely with Waitrose to link up Client and Retail priorities to drive best in class Client Success.
What you’ll be working on
- Managing a portfolio of medium sized clients, having access to our best in class customer insight tools
- Liaising with clients and retailers to understand business priorities
- Being a tool expert, consulting on how best to use it with CPGs
- Exposure to sales – selling the platform to new prospect suppliers
- Responsible for renewals
- Financial reporting and admin
- Thought leadership support
- Training clients
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
- Understanding of the CPG industry
- Experience driving commercial value through sold products and services
- Ability to maintain relationships with suppliers
- Experience in managing stakeholders in the CPG industry
