The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at The George in Fitzrovia, creating exceptional dishes and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You’ll work in a quality kitchen, following standard operating procedures and Health & Safety guidelines, while sharing our passion for pubs, food, and hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced, quality pub or restaurant

• A hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves

• Creativity and exceptional attention to detail

• Passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to learn and develop

• Ambition to grow your career within an award-winning pub group

A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs.
