Front of House Security Officer/Concierge
We are seeking 2 x proactive, enthusiastic individual who has an extensive background and knowledge in customer service to provide a 5Star experience, whilst maintaining a subtle, yet visible, security presence within a building in Angel. SIA DS/CP license is essential
This role requires an individual with an intuitive understanding of top tier occupier and visitor experience, an exemplary attitude, the ability to anticipate needs, and a personal drive to deliver an outstanding experience during every interaction. You should strive to exceed client expectations with a sophisticated, considerate, friendly and welcoming approach.
This is a fulltime role, working Monday to Friday 07:00hrs - 19.00hrs. We offer a competitive rate of pay of £16.31 and you will be entitled to 28 days of holiday per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Always deliver a 5-Star guest experience
Provide a professional first impression and deliver beyond client/visitor expectations
Proactively ensure all visitors are welcomed into the building and experience the full customer journey
Reception duties and Lobby Management of visitors
Be seen as a visible customerfocused professional by being proactive and ensuring every person walking through the reception doors is not only greeted but welcomed into the building.
Anticipate client and visitor requirements when entering the lobby
Always ensure a high level of engagement with visitors and guests and assist where required with any questions or providing relevant information
Actively engage with the VMS to accept guests and Visitor
Visitor/contractor management
Lift management and ensure that all deliveries and couriers are redirected to the Loading Bay and are not arriving at the reception
Assist the SM in completing incident reports to a high standard and ensure these are submitted within 2 hours of the incident.
Oversee and manage any emergency evacuations as required.
Work alongside other service providers to achieve shared client goals through a 'oneteam approach'.
Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy providing a safe environment for all
Always maintain a highsecurity awareness
Complete a full detailed handover at the end of each shift
