Job Title: CNC Machinist (Fanuc Experience)

Location: London NW9

Pay Rate: 15.00 - 17.00 per hour + holiday accrued

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 17:00
  • Fridays: OFF (38 hours per week)
  • Some flexibility may be required

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong Fanuc control experience to join a well-established engineering company based in NW9, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled machinist who is looking for stable hours and a four-day work week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture all components within agreed timescales
  • Set a variety of CNC machine tools for operators as needed
  • Use a wide range of measuring equipment to inspect small-batch components
  • Maintain the agreed quality standards at all times
  • Ensure all manufactured products are suitably protected for transit
  • Follow the manufacturing plan and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Complete all manufacturing paperwork accurately and on time
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Team Leader in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the work area
  • Support team members with additional tasks as required
  • Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
  • Perform other reasonable duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
  • Proficient in working with Fanuc controls
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Skilled in using various measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers, verniers)
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
