SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding and inclusive school in Hackney. This role offers the chance to work closely with pupils who have special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them achieve their best. The school is well known for its supportive leadership team and inclusive ethos. They are looking for someone who can bring patience, empathy, and creativity to the classroom. Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN * Assist in implementing individual learning and behaviour plans * Support pupils in developing social and communication skills * Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and other professionals Requirements: * Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.) * A calm and resilient attitude * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * A passion for inclusive education If you’re looking to make a lasting difference in a pupil’s educational journey, this SEN TA position in Hackney could be perfect for you.
