\n \nAbout the Role
\n \nWe are seeking a well-organised and proactive Property Administrator to join our established
\nproperty management team. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the day-to-day
\nadministration of a varied residential property portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role
\nin ensuring the smooth running of property management operations, acting as a central point of
\ncontact for property owners, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n \n• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the property management team
\n• Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
\n• Logging repairs and maintenance requests and issuing works to contractors
\n• Liaising with contractors to schedule works and monitor progress
\n• Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records
\n• Preparing and issuing correspondence, reports, and documentation
\n• Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and contractor payments
\n• Maintaining organised electronic and paper filing systems
\n• Supporting compliance-related administration and general office duties
\n \nCandidate Requirements
\n \n• Previous administration experience, preferably within property, housing, or facilities management
\n• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n• Confident telephone manner and professional approach
\n• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
\n• High attention to detail and accuracy
\n• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
\n• A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
\n \nProperty or factoring experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
\n \nWhat We Offer
