Corporate Tax Lawyer, Immediate Partner c. £400,000 plus
With one of the strongest private capital and private funds offerings on both sides of the Atlantic, it’s no surprise that this elite US law firm also boasts an exceptional corporate tax practice. The tax team advises on both transactional and standalone matters, handling some of the most complex—and intellectually rewarding—work in Big Law.
A consistently strong workflow, particularly in the private funds space, is creating periodic capacity pressures. To address this, the firm is seeking to hire a junior corporate tax partner with a strong focus on private funds.
The team is open to either a lateral hire or an exceptional senior associate/counsel who may be blocked by business case constraints. For the right candidate, “day-one” partnership is on offer.
