Job Description
Quota carrying Account Executive responsible for growth (via cross and upsell) and retention (via successful renewal) of Nexthink solutions into Nexthink’s customer base. The customer base is a mix of direct customers, as well we customers that we serve via our partner ecosystem.
The role of the Client Specialist is to support the end client, develop a DEX strategy and differentiate Nexthink as the market leading DEX provider. The Client Director will focus on demonstrating the value of Nexthink’s DEX solutions and services to the client, working collaboratively with the partner whenever applicable.
The Client Specialist is the orchestrator towards the client, working closely with our internal teams, including Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Value Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners and Partner Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate pre-sales activities, professional services, service delivery managers, customer success, marketing, and functional leaders to drive success.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and customer renewal.
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and build a robust expansion sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan focused on business outcomes within your assigned territory.
- Maintain a high-touch, trusted advisor status with customers, establishing and nurturing trust.
- Collaborate with Nexthink’s partners within your territory to enhance service delivery.
- Manage tactical business while simultaneously investing in larger, long-term strategic opportunities.
- Conduct negotiations with a focus on mutual best interests, including contract management and pricing strategy.
- Develop and maintain accurate quarterly and annual revenue forecasts for your accounts.
