Delivery Operations Manager
Shape the Future of Tech Operations at Ten10
Role: Delivery Operations Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Reports to: Senior Delivery Operations Manager
At Ten10 , we don’t just provide tech consultancy; we build the frameworks that allow innovation to thrive. We believe that diverse perspectives are the engine of creativity, and we are looking for a Delivery Operations Manager who thrives on organisation, people, and problem-solving to join our inclusive team.
Whether you come from a background in high-volume retail, logistics, call centres, or traditional tech, we value the transferable skills you bring. If you are a natural collaborator who loves "the how" behind successful projects, we want to hear from you.
The Impact You’ll Make
You will be the backbone of our project health, ensuring our teams have the resources, financial clarity, and governance they need to succeed. This isn’t just about spreadsheets; it’s about enabling people.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Governance: Implement frameworks that support our Delivery Managers from project kick-off to successful handover.
Empathetic Resourcing: Own the scheduling of our talented consultants, balancing project needs with capacity to ensure everyone is set up for success.
Financial Stewardship: Monitor project margins, utilisation, and "burn rates," acting as the vital link between our Delivery and Finance teams.
Continuous Improvement: We value fresh eyes. You’ll lead internal initiatives to make our processes smoother and more efficient.
Procurement Support: Help us navigate new frameworks and tenders, ensuring we stay compliant and competitive.
Who You Are
We are looking for a communicator who can translate complex data into clear actions. You don't need a decades-long career in tech consultancy - we value potential and experience from varied industries.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
5+ years of experience in high-volume resource management (e.g., logistics, retail management, call centres, or ops).
A knack for numbers: Experience managing budgets or maintaining "financial hygiene."
Systems savvy: Comfort using ERP systems and high proficiency in Google Workspace/Excel.
Clear communication: The ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
A growth mindset: Knowledge of Project Management (Prince2, Agile) is a bonus, but your ability to organise and lead is what matters most.
Why Join Ten10?
We are committed to creating an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or background, feels they belong. We offer:
Hybrid Working: A balance of London-based collaboration and the flexibility of working from home.
A Supportive Culture: We move away from "rigid hierarchies" and toward collaborative success.
Professional Growth: We invest in your development, helping you bridge the gap into tech consultancy leadership.
