Fashion & Home Product Design and Development Internship

Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.

With placements across many areas, you will be part of the world’s largest licensor of intellectual property and have the opportunity to dive into the world of our iconic brands ranging from Disney, Marvel and Lucasfilm. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our diverse product portfolio resonates with fans and reflects our storytelling perfection.

During this internship you will gain exposure to the lifecycle of our licensed products from concept to distribution. It will be your responsibility to showcase our brands by curating product catalogues and preparing compelling presentations about our products. You will also work collaboratively across internal teams to gather and share key information to support successful product development. You will also engage with external licensees, to ensure compliance with our high standards and creating visual reports to help with future product strategies. The internship will give you the experience in licensing and product development to grow your commercial and creative thinking.

Internships will be available across a range of our product portfolios such as fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, homeware and stationery. Or you could be considered for an operations role, managing the overall functioning and creative processes across creative and product development. If you have a preference for a particular product or the creative operations role, please state this in your cover letter and provide a portfolio.

This is an office-based internship. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).

Eligibility

  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027
  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
  • Available to start working full time from June 2026
  • Interested in the area you are applying for, whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest

About you

  • Strong interest in Product, Keynote, Creative Adobe Suite e.g., Illustrator and Photoshop required for some roles. Please include this as a skill on your application.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
