Community Program Manager
Description
The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C-level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive-level engagement and community management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong ability to foster relationships, and a passion for creating impactful experiences for our members.
Requirements:Community Engagement and Management:
Execute on C-level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C-level executives.
Foster strong relationships with community member executives, understanding their needs and priorities and ensuring their active participation.
Facilitate peer-to-peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.
Program Development and Execution:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs.
Be responsible for all client-facing aspects of in-person and virtual programs, including communicating with C-level executive members and sponsors.
Travel to in-person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC for in-person programs, which does include some public speaking in front of a live audience.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.
Partner with content to design high-impact programs that align with the interests and needs of the C-level community.
Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics to track community engagement, program success, and member satisfaction.
Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization.
Education:Bachelor's degree preferred if possible Experience:
1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required;
2. Business-to-business experience is highly preferred;
3. Proven experience building excellent client relationships and offering value-added, insightful, and strategic insight into their business."
