Salesforce QA
My client, a global leader in digital consulting and enterprise transformation, is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in SOQL and AccelQ to support a major programme within the insurance domain.
This is a 12-month contract (Inside ir35) with a hybrid working 2 days per week onsite in London, with the remaining days remote.
In this role you'll be leading QA strategy, test planning, and execution for complex Salesforce initiatives partnering closely with Salesforce developers, architects, BAs, and cross-functional delivery teams to uphold quality standards throughout the SDLC.
Responsibilities:
Build, enhance, and maintain automated test suites using AccelQ for end-to-end business processes.
Write and optimise advanced SOQL queries to validate data, resolve issues, and support functional, integration, and regression testing.
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and test governance.
Produce clear defect reports, test plans, test evidence, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
Required:
Hands-on experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer on enterprise-level programmes.
Mandatory expertise in SOQL for complex data validation and troubleshooting.
Mandatory hands-on experience with AccelQ for automation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations, declarative configuration, and QA methodologies.
Experience within the insurance sector (highly desirable) and Salesforce and/or AccelQ certifications (a strong plus).
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the world's largest consulting organisations and contribute to a high-impact Salesforce transformation for a top-tier insurance client. Play a key role in delivering quality across a flagship programme, while benefiting from a stable, long-term 12-month engagement and a balanced hybrid working model.
