Trainee Miller

What You'll Learn and Do
As a Trainee Miller, you will receive comprehensive training to become an expert in the milling process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating and monitoring advanced milling equipment.
* Ensuring the quality and consistency of our flour products.
* Performing routine maintenance and checks on machinery.
* Adhering to strict food safety and health and safety regulations.
* Recording production data and managing stock levels.
