Professional Negligence Solicitor

I am representing a specialist London based litigation practice with a strong reputation for handling complex, high value disputes. The firm is known for its high quality professional negligence work and collaborative, performance driven culture.
The Role
An experienced Solicitor is sought to join a growing Professional Negligence team in Central London.
This is a senior position requiring at least 8 years' post-qualification experience in professional negligence litigation. The role involves managing a sophisticated caseload of high-value disputes and contributing to strategically significant and group litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload of professional negligence claims from instruction to resolution
- Act for and advise on claims involving solicitors, accountants, surveyors and other professionals
- Lead on litigation strategy, settlement discussions and client advice
- Work closely with senior lawyers on high-value and strategic matters
- Contribute to group and multi-party litigation work
- Support development of the wider practice area
- 8 years + PQE
- Strong professional negligence/professional indemnity experience (essential)
- Experience on either claimant or defendant side welcomed
- Confident handling complex, high-value matters independently
- Strong technical ability and commercial approach
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
