Video Editor

We're looking for a Video Editor - a storyteller who can create sharp, social-first videos, come up with fresh ideas and initiatives, jump on shoots, and add bold, creative energy to every project. We're looking for a talented and driven Video Editor to lead the editing of all our organic social content. You'll work closely with our Organic Social Team to ensure every edit is aligned with Mob's brand mission by creating storytelling-led, social-first content that resonates with our audience. You'll be in charge of: Editing engaging videos for our organic social channels across TikTok, Instagram, and more. Collaborating and ideating with the content producer to bring ideas to life in a way that's creative, fun, and aligned with the mission Leading the food photography for our website and app. Assisting with shoots and production, whether that's picking up a camera, directing talent, or getting stuck in during kitchen filming. Maintaining a consistent brand voice and style, while pushing creative boundaries and evolving our visual storytelling. Reviewing performance data (watch-through rates, retention, etc.) to iterate and improve edits Assisting with creative treatments pre-production to ensure the most engaging content Platforms & Tools Expertise Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop) Notion Slack Lucidlink What You'll Bring We're looking for someone with a wealth of experience creating social-first content. Someone fast, proficient, and brings energy and initiative to every edit. You'll be a sharp, instinctive storyteller with a breadth of editing techniques, able to craft dynamic, engaging videos that feel fresh and social-first. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy getting behind the camera, and won't hesitate to jump on shoots or grab pick-ups when needed. You'll be someone who brings their own flair, isn't afraid to suggest bold ideas, and helps push our content forward with exciting, brand-aligned edits. You'll thrive in this role if...
