What you’ll do:
As a Senior Consultant you’ll play a strategic role in addressing client's critical priorities. You’ll manage and oversee workstreams, mentor junior staff, and apply your understanding of client’s engagement objectives within market and industry context to shape deliverables. As the client’s “go-to person,” you’ll ensure mutual understanding of the engagement approach, timeline and day-to-day activities. You’ll find new ways to help clients and contribute to Industry/Practice consulting communities.
What you’ll need:
Experience in delivering IT Strategy projects across a full range of Public Sector agencies.
A consistent track record of leading small teams of high-performing strategy consultants that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of government entities
Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity across technical domains (for example Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP, ERP etc)
Experience working with multiple IT solutions
An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal
An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems.
Security Cleared (SC Clearance) in order to work fully on UK Public Sector Clients
