The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team behind SET () – a globally recognised and celebrated platform at the intersection of entertainment, lifestyle, and luxury travel. Known for its bold, creative approach and industry-shaping community, SET brings together the most forward-thinking brands and decision-makers shaping entertainment travel today.
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role that blends sales and relationship management to drive exhibitor and buyer recruitment. It’s ideal for a confident and proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, is excited by international travel, and has a genuine passion for the luxury, lifestyle, and entertainment industries.
As part of the team, you’ll take ownership of growing our client base, managing relationships, and contributing directly to the event’s success. You’ll have the chance to work with some of the most exciting names in the industry while building your own profile as a trusted voice in this dynamic space.
What you will do
Achieve and exceed exhibitor and revenue sales targets set by the Event Manager
Generate new business by sourcing, qualifying, and securing relevant exhibitors and buyers
Manage exhibitor and buyer applications and registrations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across our CRM systems
Maintain and grow our prospect database with high-quality leads
Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring strong engagement and retention rates
Contribute to event delivery by supporting exhibitors and buyers with their on-site requirements
Produce accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
Conduct competitor research, attend industry events, and share market intelligence with the team
Travel internationally for sales trips and develop client relationships
What you will need
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales within the entertainment, lifestyle and/or luxury travel
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with senior-level decision-makers
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/event management systems preferred
Strong computer literacy, including confidence using email, spreadsheets, calendars, and shared drives (e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities under pressure
A proactive, resilient, and innovative mindset
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours when required on-site
Passion for the luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and entertainment industries
Position Type: Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
