Italian speaking Personal Assistant to CEO
This is a full–time role, with minimum 4 days working in the office, starting as a temporary assignment with the aim of becoming permanent. Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated Personal Assistant support to the CEO, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and bookings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memoranda, correspondence and translated documents as required.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take accurate minutes, circulate actions and ensure agreed outcomes are delivered.
- Project manage ad hoc business initiatives and one–off assignments on behalf of the CEO.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, acting on behalf of the CEO where appropriate and ensuring instructions are followed through.
- Supervise departments or teams on a temporary or permanent basis to support business objectives and operational delivery.
- Produce, gather and analyse reports to assist the CEO in decision–making and business planning.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory,
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role, with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Proven Personal Assistant experience supporting senior executives within a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational, administrative and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism and sound judgement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
