Indirect Tax Compliance Role

Location: Central London (3 days/week in office)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

An established international group is hiring an indirect tax specialist to support its global compliance obligations. This role sits within the central tax team and focuses on VAT and energy tax filings across multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review indirect tax returns across several jurisdictions
• Coordinate with external compliance providers and internal finance teams
• Perform reconciliations and resolve tax-related issues
• Support audits and respond to queries from stakeholders

Requirements:

• Background in indirect tax compliance (in-house or professional services)
• Familiarity with UK/EU VAT rules; energy tax knowledge is a plus
• SAP experience preferred
