Senior Residential Support Worker
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for its client in Central London.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Our client is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a dedicated team, delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential home.
- As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll lead by example — supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest childcare standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Level 2/3 NVQ or equivalent
- Not open to sponsorship
