Their integrated teams of architects, engineers, and consultants need expert Surveyors to manage the entire building lifecycle, from initial surveys to project completion. They rely on us to find commercially aware and technically proficient individuals to provide crucial advice on building condition, construction, and contract management.
What our clients typically ask for
A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
Experience working towards or having achieved Chartered status (MRICS).
A strong track record in a similar role, with experience in professional services such as condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and defect analysis.
Proven ability in contract administration (JCT), specification writing, and managing refurbishment or new-build projects.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD.
Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
