ONE LDN is looking for talented Personal Trainers to join their High-Performance Coaching Team . In this role, you’ll deliver world-class 1:1 coaching, drive measurable client results, and help build a high-performance PT business within ONE LDN. You’ll be part of a culture that balances community and competition, contributing to an elite coaching environment while shaping the future of fitness at ONE LDN.

The Basics:

● Clients and prospects provided!

● Expectation to coach a minimum of 12 sessions per week.

● High earning potential for committed trainers!

● Structured progression and pay system to move through the ranks from a Junior Trainer to a Senior Trainer to a Master Trainer.

● 0-hours contract offering more financial security, pension contributions, SSP and paid holiday.

The Role:

Coaching + Client Results:

• Deliver exceptional 1:1 personal training, prioritising safety, technique and progression.

• Conduct high-quality consultations, movement screens, goal setting and performance reviews.

• Design structured, progressive, and varied training programs aligned with each client’s goals and lifestyle.

Client Experience + Retention:

• Be the main point of support for clients through check-ins, accountability, habit coaching, recovery and lifestyle guidance.

• Track and communicate progress using metrics such as performance, body composition, adherence and lifestyle behaviours.

• Maintain strong client retention through consistent communication, outcome-focused coaching and high-touch service.

Business Growth + Sales:

• Confidently engage new members: lead consultations, taster sessions and onboarding to convert interest into long-term clients.

• Meet monthly targets for sessions delivered, revenue, retention, consultations and conversions.

• Apply ONE LDN’s sales playbook including consultation structure, onboarding process, objection handling and retention frameworks.

• Represent ONE LDN professionally both in-club and online.

Community + Culture:

• Participate in events, workshops, challenges and community activations that foster ONE LDN’s culture.

• Coach members who are committed, motivated and performance-focused.

• Lead by example on the gym floor, raising standards through presence, attitude and attention to detail.

The Person:

• A skilled and passionate Personal Trainer with a commitment to high standards and client outcomes.

• Experience delivering 1:1 coaching with structured programs and measurable results.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster client relationships and retention.

• Confidence in business development and sales, including consultations and onboarding.

• Enthusiasm for being part of a performance-focused, collaborative, and growth-oriented team.

• A proactive, positive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The Process:

ONE LDN will be hosting a group selection day on January 27th 2026 between 5:30pm - 7:30pm and attendance of this is non-negotiable. Second round interviews will take place W/C 2nd February 2026 and offers will be made the following week.
